Get ready for the 8th annual Surf Film Fest. This year we’ll be jamming out on the patio at the Hermosa Beach Community Center before the showing of the awesome surf flick, “Done” by Blake Vincent Kueny and John John Florence.
April 5th we’ll play from 6-7:30pm, then the film will start, then everyone will party! Tickets are $10. Come kick off the Surfers Walk of Fame weekend by supporting the community and the The Hermosa Beach Historical Society at this bitchen event!

Solo Gigs This Week!
Well hello all! Due to scheduling difficulties we have 2 shows this week, but here’s the catch: one will be with El Huante and one will be with Kira Bones Jones! Mr. Steve will be playing tonight at the legendary Lighthouse (Hermosa Beach) for The Beating HeArt Show. This event features local artists who paint live while local musicians play on stage! Tonight’s theme: Wu Tang Clan! All should go see Steve get his “tiger style” on around 10pm!
Kira Bones will be jamming an acoustic set on Saturday 11/10/12 at Hennessey’s Tavern in Manhattan Beach. This will be a night filled with live music. Rockin’ Rach will accompany Kira and will boogie on the djembe and tambo while singing up some sweet tunes! The get down shakedown sounds of Richie & The 99% will finish out the night. It will sure be a long fun-filled night! Music from 10pm-1:30am.

Thanks everyone for coming out to our shows this month! We are so blessed to have such great friends and family who come out to every show. We couldn’t be happier! This Wednesday, El Huante and Kira Bones will being doing an acoustic set at Barnacles around 9pm. If you like tall cans of PBR and 32 oz draft beers, then Barnacles is the place to be!

Needless to say, fun was had by all last Good Friday… Nay, Great Friday! Kira Bones-Jones had a romp-stomping time kicking around in her badass cowboy boots, while Rach The Rockel really washed that board and banged that bongo! El Huante, looking like a tall drink of water, melted faces with his raw, dirty guitar solos. VJ The Juice was on the loose drumming his way into the hearts of many while making the girls swoon!
